Monday morning, took off with John and Gina who rented a car. Drove down the East side of the Hudson where we had stunning views. Took a brief hike to a vista. Continued driving through to West Point on the West side of the Hudson. Took an absolutely incredible 2 hour bus tour of the campus. These visits have just made us that more proud of our young men and women who serve our country. So very grateful to them….

Thursday morning, we awoke to fog and rain. Hopped on the train with John and Gina to the Staten Island Ferry and ferried to The Battery. I was on a mission to find an epic bagel. Milk and Honey, a kosher deli in the financial district, did not disappoint. Yum! Walked past the Meryl Lynch bull and cracked up at all the people taking pictures with its testicles. Mea Culpa for the lengthy blog. Have been busy boating. Departed Annapolis on June 10 in the rain. Had a nice run to Baltimore Harbor, which is pretty damn big. Some large ships in here. After the wild ride at the marina in Yorktown, we departed for parts north. The seas were glassy until about the last 2 hours of the trip, so we did a 58 mile run to Mill Creek anchorage which was gorgeous!
